Grace Haley, dpt cscs

Hi, I’m Grace, founder of Prime Performance Lab. I earned my undergraduate degree from Bethel University in Mishawaka, IN in 2021, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2024. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.Over the past two years, I’ve worked as a travel physical therapist, gaining experience across a wide range of clinical settings while working throughout the country. This has shaped my ability to adapt care to each individual and clinical environment.I am also a competitive powerlifter and pickleball athlete in Michigan, and I’m especially passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their best.My approach to care is highly individualized and rooted in evidence-based practice. My goal is to help you move, train, and live without limitations from pain—so you can get back to doing what you love at your highest level.
